Preamble
The general conditions of sale, hereinafter referred to as “the General Terms and Conditions”, define the rights and obligations of the parties in the context of sales made on the website www.sofamilystore.com, hereinafter referred to as “the site”. They are concluded between, on the one hand, Maison Augustin, and on the other hand, people wishing to place an order for product(s) via the site, hereinafter referred to as “the customer”.
The order for products presented on the site is subject to acceptance by the customer of all of the General Terms and Conditions as set out below. These general conditions of sale prevail over all other conditions, in particular those in force for in-store sales, and are binding on the customer without regard to advertising or promotional documents that may be issued by Maison Augustin.
Maison Augustin reserves the right to adapt or modify its General Terms and Conditions at any time.
In the event of modification, the General Terms and Conditions applicable to the order will be those in force on the day of final payment of the order.
Products
Maison Augustin reserves the right to modify the content of its online store at any time and without notice, in particular to include or delete references or to modify certain sales prices.
Viewing on the site does not always allow you to fully appreciate and reproduce the colors of the models and/or the materials.
In addition, the configurations of computer stations and monitors may show the buyer some variations from reality. Consequently, the responsibility of
Augustin House cannot be held liable due to a marginal nuance between the colors and/or materials displayed and the colors and/or materials of the product as delivered.
Price
Prices are indicated in € euros and take into account possible reductions.
Any order placed on the site and delivered outside France may be subject to possible taxes and customs duties which are imposed when the package reaches its destination.
These customs duties and possible taxes linked to the delivery of an item are the responsibility of the customer and are their responsibility. Maison Augustin is not required to check and inform the customer of applicable customs duties and taxes.
The prices indicated are guaranteed within the limits of available stocks, barring significant changes in charges and barring typographical errors or omissions.
The prices indicated do not take into account shipping costs which will be invoiced in addition and will be specified to the customer upon final validation of their order.
Augustin House reserves the right to modify its prices at any time but the products will be invoiced on the basis of the prices in force at the time of validation of the order, subject to the availability of said products. When the validated order contains one or more incorrect elements (price, description, photo, etc.) Maison Augustin reserves the right to cancel it and reimburse it.
Order
The Customer can place an order on the Maison Augustin website. The contractual information, as well as the details of the order are presented in French and are the subject of a detailed summary before final validation.
Maison Augustin reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order from a Customer with whom there is a dispute relating to the payment of a previous order, total or partial non-payment of the current order, refusal of authorization of payment by bank card from banking organizations, non-payment or partial payment. The responsibility of Maison Augustin cannot under any circumstances be held liable in this capacity.
As soon as payment is validated, the order is recorded and becomes irrevocable. The order form will be recorded in the computer records of Maison Augustin , themselves kept on reliable and durable media, and will be considered as proof of the contractual relations between the Parties. When he has validated his payment, a confirmation of the order will be sent by e-mail, to the e-mail address indicated by him at the time of the order.
Payment
The price of the products is payable on the day of the actual order. Payment is made securely by credit card. The precise list of accepted bank cards is notified to the customer during the payment process. The customer making a payment is deemed to have read and fully accepted the "Privacy Regulations", the "Conditions of Use" and the "Essential Information on Payment and Service" available at at any time on the payment module and in the payment confirmation email sent to the customer who has just finalized an order. Maison Augustin cannot be held responsible for modifications, erratums, etc. that may appear in the information distributed by the payment module.
Payments by postal check, bank check, transfer or administrative mandate are not accepted.
Delivery

Any order placed on the Maison Augustin website will be prepared and shipped within 2 to 7 days, subject to payment validation.
The products are delivered to the address indicated by the customer.
The delivery times indicated are after processing the order and expressed in working days. These deadlines are those displayed by the carrier (La Poste). These deadlines may be disrupted by strikes, export problems, customs modifications and other external problems for which we cannot be held responsible, or by any other technical problems beyond our control. In this case, the customer will be informed by email or telephone.
Right of withdrawal and Refund
In accordance with the provisions of article L 121.20 of the Consumer Code, the customer has a right of withdrawal on his order. He has 14 days to withdraw and return the items. This period starts from receipt of the goods.
This right is exercised by returning the product, with shipping costs remaining the responsibility of the customer. It will be up to the customer to keep all proof of this return, which assumes that the items are returned by registered mail or by any other means giving a certain date to this shipment. These conditions are not valid on orders for sale or promotional items, nor on those benefiting from a promotional coupon code.
The return of goods is carried out at the expense and risk of the customer (he is therefore advised to declare the value of the goods and take out insurance covering these risks). It must be reported in advance and validated with So Family by sending an email to our email address hello@sofamilystore.com specifying your order number. It is recommended to return packages by registered letter or colissimo.
Please note that personalized orders (at the customer's request) will not be returned or exchanged.

All returned products must be sent back perfectly intact, by registered letter. Upon receipt of the package, Maison Augustin will judge the perfect condition of the returned merchandise. No returns will be accepted if the returned products have been visibly used or damaged by the customer and this use or damage renders the products unfit for sale.
If the right of withdrawal is exercised, Maison Augustin will make every effort to reimburse the consumer within a maximum of 14 days. The consumer will then be reimbursed directly to their bank account.
Personal data management
The provision of personal information collected for the purposes of distance selling is mandatory, this information being essential for the processing and delivery of orders, the preparation of invoices and warranty contracts. Failure to provide information results in non-validation of the Order. Under the law “Informatique et libertés” n° 78-17 of January 6, 1978 relating to data processing, files and freedoms, the Customer has a right of access, consultation, modification, rectification and deletion of the data he has communicated. In addition, Maison Augustin undertakes never to communicate, free of charge or in exchange for compensation, the contact details of its customers to a third party.
