Who are we ?

Maison Augustin was born from the desire to offer a colorful, fun and joyful brand for the whole family.

Created in September 2023 by Sophie Macron, the mother of Augustin's little one, the brand now offers collections of accessories for the whole family.

How do I maintain my Maison Augustin products?

Prefer gentle machine washing at 30°C alone or with similar colors and above all do not tumble dry.

Where are the products made?

The scarves and accessories are made in India, in Jaipur, where we find the artisanal technique of Block Print.

How can you be sure of the quality of the products?

All products are 100% OEKO-TEX Standard certified. This certifies control at every stage of processing, from raw materials to yarns, including dyeing. It does not contain materials harmful to health or the environment.

How can I pay for my order?

You can pay for your order by credit card, Apple Pay or Paypal.

We offer to save your payment information when placing your order. This will make it easier for you to place your future orders.

Our site does not allow payments in several installments.

Is the payment secured ?

Obviously. Your banking information is never in our possession.

When is my account debited?

When your order is validated.

My payment was declined.

If your payment was not successful, do not hesitate to re-place your order with another payment method.

I would like to modify or cancel my order, is this possible?

Orders cannot be modified or canceled. If the order has already been shipped, you can exercise your right of withdrawal and return the order to us for a refund.

How can I be sure that my order is validated?

Your order is validated from the moment you see it appear in your “My account” space.

A confirmation email will also be sent to you by email, with the number of your order as well as the summary of your basket.

My order is a gift.

The price does not appear on the product or on the delivery note. All products are wrapped in tissue paper, you don't have to select any option for this. So that your recipient identifies you, remember to provide a billing address different from the delivery address, with your name! And otherwise leave us any other requests in the notes part of the order.

Can I add packaging to my order if it is a gift?

All items come in tissue paper. It is possible to add a personalized message: record your lovely note in the dedicated field of your basket, your recipient will find a pretty card in their package.

How do I receive my invoice?

How much are the shipping costs?

Delivery in mainland France is free from 50€ of purchase in mainland France.

Below this amount, delivery is charged at €7 to your home in mainland France.

We deliver in Europe and all over the world, each destination other than France at its specific rates.

I have not received my package, what should I do?

Did you not receive it within the announced time frame or was it lost on the way? Contact us at , we will find a solution quickly!

My package is returned to the sender, what should I do?

Unfortunately, once your package is returned to Maison Augustin, it cannot be sent back to you. It will be automatically refunded within 8 working days, minus the shipping costs.


I would like to return my order, how do I do it?

You have 14 days following receipt of your order to exercise your right of withdrawal. Write to us at to notify us of your wish to return the product.

Shipping costs are your responsibility. You are responsible for the shipment: it is advisable to return packages by registered letter and do not forget to keep proof of return.

We undertake to reimburse you for all of the products (except shipping) within a maximum of 8 working days from receipt. Returned products must be intact, in perfect resalable condition, in their original packaging. They must not have been worn or used. Any product that is damaged, incomplete, or whose original packaging is damaged will not be refunded.

I would like to exchange my order, is this possible?

If you are in Bondues, it’s possible! In this case, you can return your order directly to the workshop at no additional cost. The address: 43 rue Bosquiel, 59910 Bondues.

Otherwise you will be asked to contribute to the shipping costs.

When will I receive my refund?

Upon receipt of your return, allow 7 working days. Note that the refund of an order will be by the payment method used.

How to receive your newsletters?

Go to the bottom right of our site on the home page, and enter your email address.

If you do not receive our newsletters, we invite you to check your spam and add the address to your address book.

Can I enter a different billing and delivery address?

Of course ! During checkout, in the "Billing Address" field, choose "use a different billing address."
